About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and wellness-focused individual to join our team as a Live-In Wellness Care Coordinator in Ibadan. You’ll provide full-time residential support to older adults (aged 60+), ensuring their wellbeing, comfort, and engagement in daily and community life.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily routines and appointments for residents
- Manage groceries, supplies, and household logistics
- Support health, nutrition, and wellness activities
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
- Participate in WAFERs community outreach programs
Who We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Background or certification in a health, wellness, or caregiving-related field (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, Nutrition, Fitness)
- BSc in Health or related discipline (advantageous)
Skills
- Excellent organization and communication
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
